There are general risks like in every surgery, such as: infections and bleedings. Most surgeries are successful and with no complications. Some times there is a very small correction that is needed; the correction will be performed minimum 6 month after the surgery.

breathing will be effected, then they change the shape of your nose you will need (learn) to change your breathing
changing you nose will effect your voice. some people have more or a little bit of nasal tone to the voice.
cold and sinus you will still have these problems, but they might also change in intensity
dry throat for a while you might have a dry throat. just drink more water

No. My daughter had her nose fixed (she was 18). The recovery process (worst part is about a week, followed with about two months of having dark circles under your eyes) is pretty awful, but she's doing fine now.

No, I had a deviated septum and a very crooked nose that closed off one nostril. After surgery, I had a wicked headache, but my breathing was normal at last.

All surgery carries risk, so yes, if your nose is being broken and then reset or having implants put in it, then there is risk to your nasal passage.
