am in the navy how can one stop the war going on.. what need to be done to be joy to the place.

You need to stop Iran from supporting the insurgency in Iraq and you need to get the Shiites (Iranian backed) to share power more equally in Iraq. Hmmm....seems to keep pointing back to Iran somehow. Funny ain't it?

The fastest way to resolve a war is to win it. Losing a war always carries unpleasent consequences for the loser.
To win the war in Iraq we have drop the nice guy act and get downright evil with the leaders of various factions. We close the borders. Destroy the main factions ability to wage civil war then we establish a peace that will last long enough for us to leave and leave as winners.
Long term the current Iraqi Gov is already corrupt. This is a cultural phenom and until the Muslim world has something akin to the Protestant reforms which swept through the Christian world hundreds of years ago, the Muslim world will remain in their self imposed dark age.
Joy in Iraq isn't going to happen any time soon. It is centered between the Sunni, Shiite and Kurdish factions. This makes it a natural battlefield for these groups. The Muslim world will be at war with somebody as long as they continue their dark ages. We leave that won't change anything, we stay that won't change anything.
Democracy cannot survive corruption and the Muslim society is one that almost enforces corruption. The fanatical religious leaders assure that oppression of the Muslim world will continue as long as people follow these idiots and those in the Middle East have no choice. They can listen to fanatic A who preaches hate and murder or abandon their religion which will make them targets. It is not like it is in other parts of the world where there are Muslim religious clergy who do not preach murderous hate strewn propoganda every time they speak to their gathered people. Still even in the West it's not easy to find a Muslim religious figure who isn't bound up in this vicious cycle of hate. Think of Jim Baker but without having to watch his words or actions. Picture the kind of world Baker would build and you have a good idea of what Muslims live under.

You are in the navy and you can't speak English. I don't think so pal.
In any case if you ARE in the armed forces, then what on earth did you join up for if you don't want to fight a war.

I can never understand why these people join the armed forces and then cry when war breaks out. You say you are in the Navy, why the heck did you enlist...............!
