Do you mean carnival in a literary sense? Personally I find most critical perspectives of literary theory are just some big beareded profesor trying to get some aclaim. Carnival is just a way of describing certain plots with lots of big words when you could use little ones.

If you mean carnival as in celebrations then I've never witnessed a true one. My firnd is Mexican and says they're amazing, and I'd love to go visit one.

As the parent company for "The World's Leading Cruise Lines", Carnival is the largest cruise company in the USA. The cruise lines that make up The World's Leading Cruise Lines" are: Carnival, Holland America, Princess, Cunard, Costa, Windstar & Seabourne.

I took my whole family on Carnival's Imagination - 8 cabins - it was their yearly presents all rolled-up into one. We went out of Tampa for 5 nights and had a great cruise.

The Imagination is one of Carnival's older ships, although she is very well taken care of - nothing seemed to be wearing out or in need of replacement. She only has about 20 cabins with balconys, and those are only in the suites, but even with her age, we found nothing lacking. The buffet gets crowded, but other than that I had no complaints. The food was OK - not great. The entertainment was the best of any ship I have been on - and we cruise at least twice a year, so that's a big endorsement. The bars and night clubs were a lot of fun.

By the way, you may not know that Carnival has the largest standard cabins of any cruise line - 185 sq. ft. compared to 155 - 175 on others.

Carnival delivered what it promised and we enjoyed our cruise, and I hope you do too! Bon voyage!

I loved Carnival. I took a cruise from Miami through the eastern caribbean. It was the highlight of my summer. It was my first cruise so I had no idea what to expect. I couldn't have been more impressed, everything was perfect. You have probably read that people don't like Carnival, but I can't seem to figure out why??? The price is reasonable food very yummy, ships are clean.
I would go for Carnival, the valor ship to the eastern caribbean!!

I hated the Carnival Holiday... the ship was built in the '80s and is WAY too small. We cruised on the Elation last March and LOVED it! We are simple people and just want to go to relax and have a good time, so we just book the cheapest room and have fun... it's definately not a snooty cruise, or one where you have to be dressed up all the time. AND they have GREAT deals for military and past passengers!

If you intend to sense unique in a remarkable holyday then Miami can be your place, exactly like you will see with hotelbye . The accommodations and the ancient hideaways of Coral Gables from Miami will certainly impress you just as the famous Ocean Drive. Ocean Drive operates across the oceanfront in Miami Beach, moving the traditional Art Deco buildings and the popular strip of sand referred to as South Beach. In Ocean Drive you are able to move equally to your day and to the night time for a gradual cruise and some travel by sightseeing. Another place worth visit is the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. The architecture, the causes, and the artwork it contains are worth the journey to go to this beautiful place.

I used to love it as much as anyone else, but as I got older, I lost interest in going to the carnival.
