even if you said you were 16 thats still 18 yrs difference he should have known better
Whats done is done. Does he know? would he stick around?
when your 20 this man will be 40.
But 4get all of that you have other issues if you arent ready to talk to your parents yet try kids help line 1800 55 1800 free call. Or seek medical advice as well as legal, although you told him you were 16 your not and this can still send him to jail.
Your options are going through wit the pregnacy, adoption or abortion. Think seriously about wether or not you are able to support a child and if you will have the support you need eg, family, partner, money mental ability.
You are 14 ytou have so much life and living ahead of you and opportunities and goals to achieve.
But if you want to go through wit this, you cant do it alone you need to talk to someone close to you , Relativly older and mature and not the 34 yr old.
Get as much advice as you can an look seriously into all your options, this decision will be with you for the rest of your life.
dont be worried about what will happen to him, you have you and the child to think about now.

Chop of the 34 yr olds bits as 14 /16 either way he is old enough to have a bit more sence and responsibility You need to tell someone about the pregnancy. Does he know yet? Tell someone you trust to give you sound advice. You do not have to deal with this on your own and you do not need to panic. It does not matter if you allowed it to happen by law he is a child molester and he will go to jail for 5-20 years and once he gets out he must register as a sex offender.
The law does not care if you let it happen nor do they care if your parents new it was happening they will still arrest him and charge him, they just had not to long ago a 19 year old go to jail for having sex with a 14 year old whos parents were totally fine with it and even took them to another country to get married but after they got back to the US and a neighbor heard of it they reported him and the guy was arrested and put in jail so now that 14 year old is a single mom and basically a widow at only 14 years old...In some states they actually charge parents for allowing there kids to sleep with adults, I am not 100% sure if this girls parents were charged or not

Why is everyone saying get him thrown in jail!
I have noticed in the additional details that you have told him you are 16 and you have allowed it to happen!
Now all you people that have replied with the above, how many 14 year old girls these days, ACTUALLY LOOK 14??? Don't be so quick to be judge and jury on this guy!
All i can say, is why did you lie about your age, and why did you allow it to happen? What are you reasons for doing this? It is not my place to judge you or this man, nor should it be anyone elses... please give us some more information about the reasons that have led you to this decision in your life... xx

First off YOU lied about your age & put him at risk for ruining his life.
He now faces 10-20 years in prison & has to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. That is IF he survives prison.
You think you can live with that?
Now you are too young to care for the child. Adoption is your best bet. this guy should also be prepared to pay for any medical expenses untill the child is adopted. Should your parents adopt it then he will help pay part of the expenses for the next 22 years.
(18 if the kid does not go to college.)
This needs to be IN WRITING. Your Parents will NEED to sign this. It also has to be done via an atty. Then this atty should approach family court & explain the situation.
That the father is willing to pay for whatever medical expenses are needed. That he should your parents adopt the child shall make child support paymrents till the child is 18 or should they go to college he will pay the first four years. Refusal to do this WILL result in you naming him in court and your parents ill prosicute him.
This would be far better than having him arrested & you walk away unpunished. Your guity of lying to him take responsibility for it.

you have so much life ahead of you, but keeping the baby or not is totally your desition w was 16 with my first not with the father because i was in your boat i got with a peodaphile when i was 13
he was 10 years older a kid with an adult.
i left him when i was 17
i am now 22, married and since had another baby 4 months ago
my first born is now 6yrs old and has not seen his father for 3 years because of his pedophile ways he is now with a 16 year old since she was 13. you too will become old meat too chewy
and he'll soon be after some nice young tender meat.
mean while your stuck at home with no jod to money and a child to care for. are your parents willing to support you emotionally?

i would just get on with it - choose what you want to do with the unborn baby (i will not judge now) and get the counselling offered for either choice.
As you lied to the man then i would not involve police. Unless you suspect he knew you lied.
I would also think about what a 34 year old man would want with me as a 16 year old girl.
Also i would think about whether he'll stay around (?)

More fool you then-ruining your future for lying. More fool him for not taking care and for having sex with a '16' year old. The police won't do anything because you are over 13. Judging by your spelling etc.. I would suggest you spend more time at school and less time with your legs apart.

i know that every1 is telling u ur crazy and telling u abortion is the best answer, but i know the appeal an older guy can have on an inpressionable teenager, (granted im 17, pregnant and the guys only 9 years older, but i can connect- ish). if u were underage then he will be punished as its illegal, even if u did consent. Does he know? Just think about wat desion is best for you? Pregnancy isnt the end of the world. Gud luck huni, with however u choose to proceed x

First of all you need to speak to someone who you can trust maybe a parent ,teacher or another family member .
You don't say what the circumstances are regarding how you could be pregnant at 14 by a 34 year old man . Has he been abusing you ? or did you actually start a relationship with him ?
Either way he has broken the law and you need help with this matter asap.
Please speak to someone if you haven't someone you can talk to or trust contact child line or similar organisation as they will take care of you .
