For the past 12 months, and occuring more and more, I wake up, or look at the clock and its 11:11, this happens once a day, but is more frequently occuring twice a day. I can even wake up with a fright and its 11:11. I would usually brush this off, but its happening more and more, the number 11, is there any meaning in this at all?

Yes, there is always a reason not as a coincidence.
Don't be afriad of the experience it brings, you are guided through, let this happens as it will be guided toward people (including me) who give you that understanding as you are meant to received this information, also to know about it and perhaps to apply it.
I have personally read several sources that state that universal and cosmic frequencies are running through out body like a cosmic convergance, usually with an assistance of a high and powerful being.

My birthday is on 11/11 so I hope its good luck. But actually, since this is my birthday, I do notice it more often when I look at the clock. If the time you happened to see was 3:46 you'd probably be forgetting it.
The last couple of days I've been looking at the clock when its the same number...2:22, 3:33, etc. I'm writing it off as coincidence.
But make a wish anyway if you're into the superstition thing.

The number eleven is the highest spiritual number. More than likely you are receiving a sign from a loved one that has passed over. Who is short, round, red-headed woman? I believe this is her trying to get in touch with you. I believe since you are having this experience, it will also elevate your spirituality; hence the second eleven. I hope this helps.

For some reason that number is stuck in your mind, and your brain is happily noticing it more since you're obsessed by it. You still see it as often as you normally would, but you brain is locking onto it more. It's a psychological thing, not a psychic thing.
