A the production of semtex was halted over 10 years ago. Taking the life duration of semtex into account, one can safely say that active semtex does not exist anymore.
B Most suicide bombers do not use commercial explosives. They manufacture them themselves. Believe me when I say that even an idiot with half a brain can procure recipes to produce DIY explosives using ingredients from the DIY or Chemist. Making industrial strength Nitroglycerin or anfo is really easy as cake it you take the proper precautions.
And I don't believe a terrorist will bother spiking his homemade punch.
BTW not all terrorists are muslim there are just as many political extremists or terrorists of a different faith

NO. What a daft theory! Pig's blood would upload no longer some thing to accuracy or effectiveness for both bullets or explosives. in truth, it would render them a lot less sensible and efficient. it is an city legend generated by using Islamic radicals to fireplace up the Muslims, who evaluate pigs to be unclean animals.

interesting idea, but why not just stop the manufacture of Semtex?
There are many substances other than Semtex that can be used as an explosive, and it is quite possible for the terrorists to make their own explosives, all you need is to know what to do, and many chemists do. The IRA used to use fertiliser.

Yes it does go back to India a long time ago when British troops used to dip their rounds in pig's blood.
The problem with today is commercial. Word would soon get out that it was "contaminated" so the bastards wouldn't by it.
Money is money and the manufacturers wouldn't do anything to slow sales.

THIS IS THE WAY TO STOP ISLAMIC EXTREMISTS.
FANTASTIC QUESTION.
This is question that i posted a while back and seemed to work wonders. It is extreme but it works
"Just before World War I, there were a number of terrorists attacks on the United States forces in the Phillpines by Muslim extremists. So General Pershing captured 50 terrorists and had them tied to posts for execution. He then had his men bring in two pigs and slaughter them in front of the now horrified terrorists. Muslims detest pork because they believe pigs to be filthy animals. Some of them simply refuse to eat it, while others won't even touch pigs at all, nor any of their by-products. To them, eating or touching a pig, its meat, its blood etc. is to be instantly barred from paradise (and those virgins)and doomed to hell. The soldiers then soaked their bullets in the pigs blood, and proceeded to execute 49 of the terrorists by firing squad. The soldiers then dug a big hole, dumped in the terrorist's bodies and covered them in the pig's blood, entrails, etc. They let the 50th man go. And for the next forty-two years, there was not a single Muslim extremist attack. Maybe it is time for this segment of history to repeat itself! The question is, where do we find another Black Jack Pershing?"
Sorry litle edit to do.
Another good way would be to subsitize Farmers to breed pigs. We could then fly over the country and drop them from B-52's. They could call it "carpet-hamming" or "bacon-bombing".

Good point well put, but you can make your own explosives in a bathtub, as the 7/7 bombers did.

Because most suicide bombers don't use Semtex, they use commercially available common ingredients like fertiliser and the like.

That's a great idea. Also, ensure that every bag of fertiliser has ground-up pig parts in it (as they can make explosives from that too.)

Because if a company were to do so, they would receive very negative press from religious groups and pressure from the media. Stockholders would become uncomfortable with the potential religious and racist fallout. Too controversial and too much potential for bad press.
