Wherever you are, you must get married according to local laws.

Of course, it is very remotely possible that you might be allowed to marry on Embassy grounds or in the Ambassaador's garden if you're a close relative or friend, but you still must get married under the law of the country where the embassy is.

you can marry anywhere you want. the us recoginzied legal unions from many nations. the uk is one. go to www.travel.state.gov to learn more.
