Where can I find the software that can make comic caricature from my photo?

I heard that there's a software that can generate a comic portrait from my portrait photo by marking the position of the photo and replace it with comic style(Like change your nose to comic nose, something like that) and upload it to my mobile phone.

Any one know where can I find this kind of program?

Try Cnet.com there is a free download for a program called Deformer 2.0.It's a free trial.
