No religion at all.

Nothing beats the clarity of logical thinking and pure morality. Religion deludes people into the belief that they will be rewarded for "right action" or "right thought" but if there *is* nothing after you die, what's the point? People can be atheistic and still have morality. Morality and religion are not one and the same. In fact, I, as an athiest, believe that most atheists value others lives even more than most "believers" do, simply because atheists believe that there *is nothing* more than what we have here. What you do to people on this Earth here and now is your *only* chance to do it. That gives me the peace of mind to try to do the "right thing" even when it might not always make me happy. I feel peace because I feel that it's right and not because I'm working for some personal reward either here or in some "afterlife".

I think 3 would be the most peaceful, but sadly I'm sure that with time things would change into organized religion and bring along the bias and the power struggles.

Historically, it is clear that "organized religion" has very often been on the wrong side, the persecuting power. Consider the inquisition. Killing people for believing differently--right. Then too, many religious people came to America, not for "religious freedom" but so they could persecute others. Roger Williams in Rhode Island (and William Penn in Pennsylvania) --and their followers, were among the few who embraced true religious freedom. I guess Truth and Error will always be in opposition though, as long as this sinful world lasts.

None. People will always have their own differences. There is a need to relate the differences in a civilized way. We can't forget that love or religion has been used as political excuses to justify wars. No religion, all the same religion or free of worship anything, will not erase our differences. Politics will always find a difference to justify their actions.

That's a tough call. Even if we all had the same religion, it is still human nature to fight and bicker over who is right and who is wrong. For instance, look at Christianity, we have multiple denominations that still argue, and yet all of them are primaritly based on the Bible.
