can anyone advise on what to do for arm pain?

i had mastectomy,lymph node removal and the underarm pain is the worst,sharp pains and a feeling of tightness like a ball,they forgot to tell me what exersises to do and i don't see the dr. till thursday,percs are helping somewhat but not enough,tried tylenol,advil as well,any suggestions please?

i tried heating pad,,it is also that works for the lower arm,but i can't tolerate it anywhere near underarm or near the chest,it also keeps swelling underarm,i have 1 drain left

im also having muscle spasms in chest ,and top of arm,what the heck is this?

get someone to gently massage your arm

I know what your feeling try putting moist heat on it take a wet wash rag or hand towel warm it in microwave and place on the area that hurts make sure its not to hot do this until the pain subsides.
