my windows movie maker 2 is not working?

i downloaded a windows movie maker 2 to download.com but the problem is evertime i try to install it it wouldn't work.. has any of you expirenced this sort of thing.. and if you did what did you do to install it?

help please.. any answer will be appreciated..

yea im goin through the same exact thing. u need a computer w/ a certain type of windows on it in order for it to work
