what should i do if the bus schedule says it picks up going back to transit bus stop by the post office but it never stops on its rounds, i missed an appointment that way.not good for a person just learing the bus system.

Were you standing in the shadows, to where the bus driver could not see you were waiting for the bus? Because a bus usually does not stop at a scheduled stop unless there is someone waiting. If they can't see you, you gotta wave and be really obvious.
