when viewing a web site or programme ( any) i get windows opening on there own done antivirus check adware etc still happens did it while typing this any ideas thx larry

reference to 1st question things that open are toolbar start menu internet option box control panel etc all things ON my computer already done anti virus got pop up blocker on

What kinda windows? The only windows that I know of that can be opening on their own are popups and that's probably cuz your not using Firefox.

If you're surfing the Internet then it's common to see pop-ups while surfing and as stated already a pop-up blocker will work such as Yahoos toolbar or Google toolbar (preference really). Now if you're getting pop-ups while you ARE NOT surfing on the Internet (just on your PC) then you've got a problem and I would suggest using both of these tools at minimum:
Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.4
Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition 1.06
Both of these are free to download via the links below (Download.com)

Ok you are getting pop up windows, the best way to slow them down is to get a pop up blocker or use the one on Yahoo.
also make sure you have an anti-spyware program such as Lavasoft's Anti-adware it is a free program
The other thing to do is use your anti-virus program

was it not a pop up? you may need to download a pop up blocker, you can get them off google n yahoo, make sure theyre switched on
