Zyrtec by prescription. It depends upon your sensitivity. My youngest son takes it and it doesn't have any negative effects on him. I took it and it knocked me out.
Claritan has very similar components to zyrtec and is available at prescription strength over the counter for a much cheaper price than the zyrtec.
Allegra & Singulair didn't work well for my son but worked great for my sisterNlaw. I guess it just depends upon you.

I've had the best luck with prescripton Zyrtec. If you want something over the counter, Claritin (just plain Claritin, not Claritin-D) works pretty well.
