Currently my weight is 93+ kg or approx. 205 pounds with 45 inch waist. To hit the target of 35 inch waiste in 6 to 8 months how many calories do I need to burn by exercise. Or in other words how many miles do I need to walk on treadmill. Is it possible to acheive this target while not sacrificing my family and work life. I am willing to spend 70 - 80 minutes per day doing physical exercise.

Thanks for the help.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Stay motivated, and get up and walk every day. I seriously lost all my weight starting off my day on my walk.

Good LUCK!

When I got to work out (206lbs) approximately nine weeks in the past, I used to be a 34 waist in denims. Now I am a 30 waist (and 175lbs). Thats with gigantic quantities of weight lifting and aerobic and most effective consuming round 1500 energy an afternoon of the maximum best meals and protein I can uncover. If your exercise is as effective as mine, you're watching at wasting 10 inches in approximately four/five months.

Hi there, if losing some pounds and inches of any description is what you want then I used a great website and coach who helped me. They were very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so fairly easily. The website is www.myhealthabc.com once you fill in your details then you can see the full range of products they have. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight, its all nutrition based.
I lost all my weight in less than three months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them, the tips you get and encouragement are excellent (their advice and time is FREE). I am still with them so I stay healthy. If you just want to buy the products and not use the coaching then you can do that aswell, there is a link in there to email them so you can tell them you just want to buy and not speak to anyone. The owners will even advise you via email on what to purchase depending on what you want to lose, my sister did it this way (she was more self conscious than me) and lost 76 pounds in less than five months. These guys are just great, try them.
