I told a girl I liked her a lot, but we decided to be good friends after talking. We just keep getting closer as friends, and we had been just friends for many years! I tell her everything now, and she enjoys knowing all about me. We discuss deep issues of our hearts. I told her in an email recently that I had "lied to myself and to her" because I discovered that I like her a lot. She replied back that I should feel free to tell her "anything and everything" and "if I have something to tell her, please do!" Does she think I am talking about us? What does she want?

i think shes giving you a clue that she already has fallen in love with you...and maybe you could give telling her about your feelings a nother try because this time the answer would be different...things like this happens a lot of times, it happened to me,i told a guy that we would just be friends, but i end up falling in love with him, unfortunately, i dont have the courage to tell him and he has already promised me to forget about that love issue thing;( im not sure it would be the same with you two, but this could be your chance, give it a try bro!

to me this means that she likes the attention that u are giving her but doesnt really want to do anything about it. then again her feeling for you may have changed since u last discussed it. if you are head over heels with her and u are as close as u say u are then she probably knows how u feel. but if you need to hear it from her to be sure then just ask. whats the harm?

My advice is to keep your friendship the way it is, because when friends become lovers.....BOOM! It ruins the relationship (in most cases). I think your friend's response indicates she values you dearly as a friend and is always open to discuss any issues with you. I would keep things the way they are. I lost a great friend because our relationship led to sex. Now, our friendship is gone. I wish I kept things the way they were.

i bet she does...i mean its pretty obvious. id tell her the truth about how u feel now....again....and see how things go from there. If she still just wants to be friends then u go back to that...but dont regret not asking....whats the worst that can happen

she is probabley tring to discover her own feelins about you and wants to know that you can share you feelings with her and not be ashamed or scared about telling them. most men are taught to be macho and when they can open up and reveal it shows a diffrent side of them .

This isnt much of an answer but all relationships work best on complete honesty, so I would ask HER this question.

She's saying "Just get it all out in the open so we can stop pretending to be friends and get serious!"
