I am inlove with a lady that has my baby boy but she lied to me and toled me that he died. I live in TN and she lives in MI and she wants to move down hear with my shud I take he back or not.

The question is why she lied to you, and if you really do have a living child, do you want to be a part of the child's life. It's more important for the child to have stability than anything else - so don't tell her to come down and live nearby if you don't feel you can take on her and the child.

First of all you need to find out why she would tell that kind of lie. It's a very serious one and could have lots of implications for your future together.
Her movin to TN should not be a problem,at least you'll get to spend time with your kid. Just make sure you talk first and she's not moving so she can have someone to support her, she seems a bit manipulative.

First of all, you should meet her somewhere either you should go there or she can come down. If you really love her now also, I prefer you go to her, try to know why she lied to you about ur baby boy. Ask her. Also ask some of her neighbours or colleagues or anyone who knows her about her behaviour. May be she is after ur money now, or may be she has realized her mistake. But first try to find out if she is right or she is still lying. If you r convinced, then only u should ask her to come with you.

she's insane that's not funny at all get a maternity test stop giving her money and she will have to get one done if she fights you in court ( stay in the childs life though and keep money in escrow though just in case it's yours and let the courts know you have it in there if it's yours take care of it if not leave that nut. no fit mother who hadn't cheated on her babies father would say something like that about their own child a mother can't do it when it's her blood. she's a nut and beoause you said you're in love with her living in two separate states you better get tested i dont believe it's your kid

Wow that ain't right to begin with. Hey man, if she would go as low as to lie about your boy's fate, no telling what type of lies she may tell to you next. If you trust and love her, then give it a go. I recommend you just date her for a while and see if it's worth rekindling the old flame.

I would meet up with her and discuss this lie. Thats a nasty thing for someone to do and i wouldnt want to take the chance of her doing it again with something else. Personally i say no way but its probably better if you speak to her face to face. Or ask yourself....can you 100% trust her again?

If she lied to you about your baby boy being dead, can you ever forgive her? I don't think I would take her back, if I were you. I would just demand that I can see my son from time to time.
