true story, I'm not joking. A new female employee has been using the restroom and leaving poo poo on the toilet seat. The rest of us don't know what to do or how to confront her without completely embarrassing her. We are forced to clean up after her and are quite disgusted!! We would like to think that this is just an oversight on her part but we can't figure out how she doesn't see it when she turns around to flush the toilet!! We are very disgusted and would like to know how you would solve this problem. thanks.

Oh, stop all this touchy feelie, don't make her feel bad crap( no pun intended) she is causing you enough trouble to worry about it. You don't owe her more than that. A general announcment on the office intercom ( preferably right after her last trip to the toilet) is apporpriate.

1) Toss a coin and one of you gets to bring it up gently when alone with her... don't confront her with a whole group.

2) Put up a notice in the restroom, as has been suggested before.
2a) If you think that'll work better, see if a novelty shop has a funny 'please clean the toilet' sign, I'm sure there must be products like that out there... sorta risky though, it can work well to make light of it, but there's also a chance she'll feel even worse being made fun of...

My opinion in this mission is different from countless human beings. it truly is the position EQUALITY must be in position. If females favor the seat down, placed it down. If adult males favor the seat up, placed it up. If a guy has to placed the seat down after he is going to the rest room than the girl ought to placed the seat up after she is carried out. Why ought to or not it is one way and not in any respect the different. It is going both concepts, a lifeless ringer for the hinges. If a lady falls contained in the rest room because she did not look, who's stupidity is that? I continually examine the seat and placed it the position i favor it. I grew up with an excellent relatives. there have been a lot of human beings in my relatives that if the rest room seat turned right into a real mission, we may not in any respect get something somewhat severe resolved. In my homestead, my husband and that i placed the seat and lid down after each and every use because of the cats. So it isn't a huge mission.

well I'm not even certain that this calls for subtle tactics. I mean she is really either unhygenic or not paying attention. Can you put a sign up in the washroom to the effect that it has come to the attention of some people that not everyone is leaving a clean toilet seat?

I would start out slowly...tell the worker there is now a message board up for all employee's to answer the question of the week...next start on the question something like, how clean is your toilet seat? the ones in walmart are notoriously very dirty...published in the paper too!....Next question...volunteer's needed for cleaning the bathroom every morning and every night before ya'll leave...keep you own supplies for cleaning, like rubber gloves, comet, brush, heavy towelettes for wiping and cleaning...pump it up and keep it going...if that person doesn't know they are doing that they will become mindful of the outcome...a subject for the billboard at work, get it? good luck..

Addressing the issue as a group and not singling her out is the best way. A few other people have said to put up a sign, and that sounds like a good idea.
But whatever you do, make sure it's brought up in a way that doesn't point at her, and things should be fine.

If it was a guy I'd simply tell him to stop leaving poo on the seat. It's probably a more sensitive issue with a girl. I've no idea.

You need to place a note near the area, asking the user to ensure the toilet is left clean after each "deposit". I think the poop gets there due to the pooper sitting too far back on the seat.

We had incidents where it has missed the bowl completly and ended up on the floor. Clearly they know it was them clearly they had seen their nuggets on the floor! The boss sent a memo about the incident and made it clear that everyone is responsable for their bodily evacuations. If you mess it up you clean it up! Anyone found leaving their packages on the floor will be subject to termination.
