If you mean a pedigree certificate or a registered dog then I don't think you can get free ones - you would need to contact your countries kennel club as they hold the pedigrees and they will be able to provide a copy for a small fee.

I take it this is a UK question.

I don't know of anywhere that does free pedigree sheets, although your breeder may provide you one for providence of the dog's ancestery.
The Kennel Club can provide you will detailed pedigrees for your dog, as all pedigree dogs bred by a "breeder" will have been registered at birth so they are on the data base. They should have registered the puppy with the Kennel Club so that buyers know that the dogs are pedigrees.

You can email them for one but it does cost.

Regardless of what kennel club your dog is registered with, the pedigree is going to cost you.

If you are referring to an AKC pedigree, so breeder are now buying the Litter Registration Certificate with their litter packs. It is a 3 generation pedigree. Again, it cost, so not all breeders are ordering them.

On the AKC website, you can do a research pedigree. They cost either $12 or $15

you can get the blank forms from the kennel club, or from specialist stationary shops. Or buy a copy of Our Dogs, or Dog World, and you will find adverts for suppliers in them
