The one where it says that a person in heaven looked down and saw all the people in hell and asked Jesus, "They are suffering so!" and Jesus says, "They will not be there forever, I will come down and save them."

I forgot what gospel it is, the Catholic church denied it.

Just as there are many "gods" and many "lords", so there are many "gospels". 'Paul' says if anyone brings you a different 'gospel' let him be accursed. (Galatians 1:8) Please try to understand what is in Scripture. Don't try to mix other stuff in. Of course that also means sort out the error that has been burying the truths of scripture for so long. The punishment of "Hell" is the cleansing fire which ends all sin and sinners. It is intense, and of short duration (time) and after that fire goes out, the Almighty will make all things new, (and very good) The final picture is Rev 21:1 through Rev.22:5. The scripture after that is sort of a summary of what we need to do until then. That is not much Scripture, and it is very literal and clear. Please take time now to read it.
