Did HIV begin with live Polio Vaccinations in Central Africa?

I have been reading a book called The River which states the possibility that HIV was a mutation that stemmed from SIV which was present in Live Polio Vaccinations.

This theory is based on the fact that vaccine was made using chimpanzee kidney tissue infected with SIV. However, this theory is contradicted due to the fact that there is a 95% certainty that the HIV strain dates back to the 1920's, well before the vaccinations.

It is much more likely that the virus resulted from a strain jumping between monkeys and humans at some point, much like bird flu has recently.

I think HIV was transfered from animals to humans, as human hunters looked and prayed for food and caught this virus through animals.

Many people like columbo link HIV to Africa and black people, only because the first people began in Africa, being black and many also link HIVs 1st traces to africa. It wasnt to kill the black people.

i was told it got to humans from monkeys, when a human had sex with a monkey. i dont know how true this is. have a look here:
