Ok, one again it's like this, I am afraid each time I listen my favourite song(what I usually do after my revision) will reduce my memory? Or anything that will prevent you from memorising things? Any action shouldn't be taken?

my friend,

it is not bad to listen to music after having spent time studying.
yet make a review of your stuff after the entertainment.

you have a "flash"memory, or minute or ... that is the short term memory, this will be +/- erased when taking care of something else. so your game is to transfer the short term memory content to your long term memory. because when studying things, you want to remember the stuff in some months/years !

so do your studying, listening to music, and go back to do this memory job, which is reload your short term memory ... it will go into your long term memory with more efficiency.

in memorising ... recalls are gold !!!

the best strategies are ...

ex:
study during day
recall before sleeping
recall after waking up
recall 2 days later
recall 1 week later
recall 1 month later

the best type of memory is the visual memory ... others are less powerfull ... with less capacity !!! visual is great !

then about bad things : very bad ... drugs !!! specially if always ! once in a while ... it is ok but their is a toll on memory !!

food can also be very important of cours but regarding the first elements i gave you it is secondary !

good luck

Absolutely!!

Autoimmune disorder, Candida Albicans, age, Parasitic disease.

Many illnesses and disease can fairly abruptly take your brain efficiency and alertness. When these happen you are lucky to know your name.

This began about two years ago for me and very quickly. I developed Rheumatoid Arthritis and my mental capacity changed radcally for the worse. I couldn't remember a new persons name until th end of the conversation.

I have begun taking a massive vitamin regimen, and it seems to be helping quite a bit. Although memorising is still a problem.

Take Care
