the better way if you have internet facility, is to join several chat rooms and communities. Try to understand the questions asked by people there and submit their reply. You need not worry about what people think of your replies or what about the grammatical mistakes you have done becoz nobody knows much about you and they are also not 100% correct. Also try to read out what people say and speak your answers when typing. This practice will definitely help you in improving your english skill. I must say it is a better way to build your confidence and improve your communciation skill in your real life also.

Try the free Internet voice chat program, Skype (http://www.skype.com) It has the capability of searching for people who want to speak in a given language. Go to the advanced search page, and search for English speakers in "Skype Me" mode and chat with them.

where are you? what type of help do you need? I can conduct Grammar classes and provide test material for comprehension exercises on a regular basis through chat . --but you will have to tell me in which class you are ,- high school or college level -- and I will test you by giving an entrance test. I can teach only senior students.
