Nope, not really.
My daughter is 5'7", but her brothers are all 6'2 to 6'6 so she is accustomed to taller people. I dont think a guy is "tall" until he is 6'3 or more ... i am 5'10"
however, i don't think height matters in relationships..... my hubby is 5'10" like me, and I know many couples where there is 12-16" difference in height. It just isn't one of those important things!!!

On my standard's he'd be a little short, but i'm weird like that. That's actually the perfect height.
