The names are taken off during the voting process (presumably to avoid favouritism), but will be visible again once the vote is completed and it is set to "Resolved" - assuming the mystery person has set up that they can be e-mailed, which I assume from their answer they have.

When you click on the name you might be lead to their home page at Yahoo Answers, like the one you have here, you can send messages to him/her from there.
