The car will have to be insured, and it must name her as the insured. If she is not named as the insured, she would be completely exposed to liability, with no insurance coverage, from any incident in which the car may be involved, no matter who was driving. It is highly likely that the insurance company will require a driver's license before they would issue insurance for her. They may also require that you be listed as a primary driver, also. My guess is that you are young enough that this will run the premiums up to a pretty high level.

Please don't take this as a negative remark, but I would recommend that it may be more profitable for you to spend time studying, rather than driving around. If not, the spelling and grammar exhibited in your question would lead one to the conclusion that your tenure at college may be relatively short. I am not saying this to disparage you, only to encourage you to strive to achieve a higher level, which I'm sure you are capable of.

If the insurance is not in your name she will have to have full coverage. As of Feb. the police can run your plates and know if you are insured or not. Careful. Im in the loop.

Unfortunately, as the title holder, and the person who signed the loan papers, you have an obligation to make the payments. You can attempt to take possession and sell the vehicle, but you cannot sue your sister for the depreciation of the vehicle. Further, if she can't make the payments, how is she going to be able to pay you anything? Be careful who you sign for...
