I've served in the Marine Corps for 4 years and while not assigned the MOS of a radio operator I have worked as one. Radio Operator in not a bad job, basically you operate as an infantry man. Your job consist of making sure communicatons between your unit and others is up and working. You also have a chane to learn about all the differant radio systems the military uses such as satellite communications. Be advised though radio operators carry a lot a weight. An average radio weights b/t 8-15 lbs. not including the extra batteries you have to hump around. This is on top of a full combat load. But I liked the job, I always knew what was going on because I listened and communicated over the units freqs.

Im confident that there are some mentally sick human beings interior the protection pressure, infantrymen go via hell and again, at times observing as their suitable pals die in the front of them. I dont recognize of each person who wouldnt be disturbed by technique of that. yet that doesnt recommend that the protection pressure is finished of them, our entire international has mentally sick human beings. You cant take some incidents and say that it applies to most of the warriors. in case you havent been there and finished that, you dont truly understand, so dont pass judgement. what you hear on the archives and be conscious on the web isn't continuously genuine.

pretty broad spectrum of jobs... I have ten years in the Air Force and I recommend anything that is available overseas, and indoors. stay away from UAVs, they are linked to my career field and I have heard anything nice about them. especially the bases that they are at.
