Creamy discharge does not sound good. Creamy in colour or texture? Pale poo is a sign of a bug in the tummy. You are doing the best thing getting him checked out. He probably has a tummy bug as there are some horrible ones this time of year but I am no doctor. However if you are UK, ring NHS direct as they can get you emergency appointments (same day) at your doctors especially considering the age of your son.
I know it is stressful when your baby is ill, dont panic and demand that the doctors see him today! Hope he feels better soon x

Does he have diarrhea? If so, give him pedialyte. I'm not sure why you're running to the doctor for that. Try calling your doctor or advice nurse and see if they any suggestions for you. If they thinks it's serious they will have you come in or tell you to go to the hospital. Kids get sick and get runny diapers. Does he have a fever? Is he eating? Is he drinking fluids? Are there any other symptoms that would warrant going to the hospital. Go if you must , but I guarantee they send him home, tell you to watch for other symptoms and to call or bring him back only if he develops sever hydration and becomes lethargic, gets high fever, etc. They can't do anything for a tummy bug. Good luck!

It's good that you're going to take him to the hospital rather than wait for the Doctor. He may have a food intolerance, a germ/virus of some kind. The hospital will soon sort the problem out and hopefully make your Doctor feel embarrassed too. Please let us know how you get on.
PS. I can't understand why people are having a go at a person who is clearly doing all the right things for her child. ie. she didn't hang around when her Doctor wouldn't see her, she made hospital arrangements.

If it's just one runny nappy then don't panic at all. If it continues for more than 24 hours then see your doctor.

Suzie take him to the doctor!! Even if the doctor says it's nothing it will give you peace of mind. Plus at that age they are so tiny that having the runs can cause them do dehydrate. It might be just a little sinus infection that his system is cleaning out.
I hope the doctor says it's nothing to worry about and the little guy is feeling better soon.

A nappy is a diaper.
Your son might be intolerant to something in his formula. Is he drinking cows milk? He may be lactose intolerant (It can be a "learned" sickness).
Try changing formulas or food. Something may not be right with him, and try him on small doses of pedialite.
