Go out as a friend first invite her to a party your going to, bowling night with your friends something like that. Don't jump into BF, GF to fast it might scare her away.

Well, I don't exactly get what the question is here, but assuming you need input on your next move, it's obvious: tell her. You don't have to go confessing love or anything. Just say something. Ask her out, and just do what feels right in the moment: no plans to get the girl. They never survive the first few words anyway.
Trust me, if you don't, it's the same as assuming she turned you down. Go forth and go with confidence!

Of course you dont wanna mess it up as you like her so much, but you feel like you know her, find the common ground between you like music perhaps, get chatting to her more, make her realise you have lots in common and then invite her out to something informal, like a friends house party or similar. Then ask her, you'll always be wondering on the 'what ifs' if you don't....
