Invest in two or three excellent quality bras. Go to a department store or a Victoria's secret where there are mature women who are trained in fitting. If it's not a mature woman, don't bother. My experience has been that a young woman may have been trained but doesn't have the experience to truly help. Be sure that they don't ride up, or they're not the right fit. It may cost more, but they'll last through many washes and much wear. I have the same problem.

Unfortunately gravity is not kind to larger breasts. Wearing a bra every day helps, but it's important that they fit properly and have good support. When you go shopping next time, get fitted and let the sales staff help in finding the right bras for you. And it's worth it to spend a bit more money on your bras and get the better ones. They will last a bit longer and give you a better overall look under your clothes. And bras should be switched off every day and replaced after a few months of wear.

A good sports bra is a must if you are physically active and thankfully, they make sports bras now that look good under clothes and well as being very supportive. Champion makes the best sports bras and I wear there for all of my physical activities.

The only real fix for sagging breasts aside from good bras is surgery, but even that is only a temporary fix. Breasts will sag as they age, but you can help by exercising your pectoral muscles and keeping in good shape. Avoid gaining and losing weight if at all possible. You definately don't need a bustier, just well fitted bras.

What are u talking about! If that is the shape of ur girls u are blessed!! Seriously I am pretty certain that they are more or less perfect, please don't be embarrassed I have girlfriends that are so small they wished they would sag. lol! But if it bothers u so much try one of those firming creams on the market, they do help. Palmer's has an amazing concoction, I think its called 'Breast Firming'. Also u can try sitting straight with ur hands clasped in front of u with ur elbows sticking out, then press ur hands together hold for a count of ten then release, do reps of 10. Hope I helped even a little!

Maidenform makes a hefty bra that has a wider band around the chest, and wider shoulder straps. This is not a very expensive brand, but they last me a long time. Be sure you get the correct cup size, or maybe just the one higher. This will give you more cup coverage and a tad more strength.

What the best thing to do right now would probably be to do what you do with pad and tampons. Experiment. Buy a different variety of bras and see how they work for you. I'm sure you'll find at least one that you like.

I think u might be washing yr bras in a washing machine. hence the elastic wears off faster. Try handwashing yr bra and they will last longer .Do not squeeze the water from the elastics just pat it dry with a towel and leave to dry .Do not use the dryer

Try the teenager's bra. They come in all size and are really good. Or u can choose from Victoria's secret. But they may be expensive. I suggest you to do some good breast exercise.

I think you are just going to have to give and go for the more expensive. Think of all the cheap things you have bought when you could have went and got the one actually needed. I recommend Victoria's Secret. Their amazing and sometimes you may be able to find the stuff on clearance.
