A nice long cafe latte made with real espresso coffee.
Heat milk on top of the stove with brown granulated sugar to taste until it arrives at desired temp. Add espresso and stir or whiz to a froth. The sugar whilst been heated with the milk would have formed a kind of caramel.

I've tried to switch to decaf lately, but I like a full expresso flavor. The best (and cheapest!) coffee I've found for home use is the decaf Cafe Goya. When I go out, I like Starbucks or almost any coffee house. Tim Horton's has a strange ashy aftertaste for me, though. Is it a Canadian thing?

I find Starbucks the most pleasant, some coffee houses just make it too strong!! I love their vanilla latte.

Folgers breakfast blend is what I like. I do not like a strong coffee, and this coffee is excellent for a mild tasting blend.
