Further proof of ur ignorance..

Let me give you context..:
Surah 24. Light
1. A sura which We have sent down and which We have ordained in it have We sent down Clear Signs, in order that ye may receive admonition.

2. The woman and the man guilty of adultery or fornication,- flog each of them with a hundred stripes: Let not compassion move you in their case, in a matter prescribed by Allah, if ye believe in Allah and the Last Day: and let a party of the Believers witness their punishment.

3. Let no man guilty of adultery or fornication marry and but a woman similarly guilty, or an Unbeliever: nor let any but such a man or an Unbeliever marry such a woman: to the Believers such a thing is forbidden.

4. And those who launch a charge against chaste women, and produce not four witnesses (to support their allegations),- flog them with eighty stripes; and reject their evidence ever after: for such men are wicked transgressors;-

5. Unless they repent thereafter and mend (their conduct); for Allah is Oft- Forgiving, Most Merciful.

6. And for those who launch a charge against their spouses, and have (in support) no evidence but their own,- their solitary evidence (can be received) if they bear witness four times (with an oath) by Allah that they are solemnly telling the truth;

7. And the fifth (oath) (should be) that they solemnly invoke the curse of Allah on themselves if they tell a lie.

8. But it would avert the punishment from the wife, if she bears witness four times (with an oath) By Allah, that (her husband) is telling a lie;

9. And the fifth (oath) should be that she solemnly invokes the wrath of Allah on herself if (her accuser) is telling the truth.

10. If it were not for Allah.s grace and mercy on you, and that Allah is Oft- Returning, full of Wisdom,- (Ye would be ruined indeed).

------------------------------------------------------------------
And 5:38-43

38. As to the thief, Male or female, cut off his or her hands: a punishment by way of example, from Allah, for their crime: and Allah is Exalted in power.

39. But if the thief repents after his crime, and amends his conduct, Allah turneth to him in forgiveness; for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.

40. Knowest thou not that to Allah (alone) belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth? He punisheth whom He pleaseth, and He forgiveth whom He pleaseth: and Allah hath power over all things.

41. O Messenger. let not those grieve thee, who race each other into unbelief: (whether it be) among those who say "We believe" with their lips but whose hearts have no faith; or it be among the Jews,- men who will listen to any lie,- will listen even to others who have never so much as come to thee. They change the words from their (right) times and places: they say, "If ye are given this, take it, but if not, beware!" If any one's trial is intended by Allah, thou hast no authority in the least for him against Allah. For such - it is not Allah.s will to purify their hearts. For them there is disgrace in this world, and in the Hereafter a heavy punishment.

42. (They are fond of) listening to falsehood, of devouring anything forbidden. If they do come to thee, either judge between them, or decline to interfere. If thou decline, they cannot hurt thee in the least. If thou judge, judge in equity between them. For Allah loveth those who judge in equity.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Surah Tuaba Chapter 9 or quran verse 2

".....but know ye that ye cannot frustrate Allah (by your falsehood) but that Allah will cover with shame those who reject Him. "
Verse 3
"And an announcement from Allah and His Messenger, to the people (assembled) on the day of the Great Pilgrimage,- that Allah and His Messenger dissolve (treaty) obligations with the Pagans. If then, ye repent, it were best for you; but if ye turn away, know ye that ye cannot frustrate Allah. And proclaim a grievous penalty to those who reject Faith."

Conclusion ..Read Quran embrace Islam,Insha Allah you would be saved..

The Bible teaches the adulterers are to be KILLED (too). (Deuteronomy).
Understood? It doesn't matter whether Christians follow this law or not; the point is that the Bible wants adulterers killed.

Anyway, 24:4 says: "And those who launch a charge against chaste women, and produce not four witnesses (to support their allegations),- flog them with eighty stripes; and reject their evidence ever after: for such men are wicked transgressors."
Meaning, anyone who accuses a woman of not being chaste MUST be punished!!!!! Of course you should be punished if you accuse an innocent person of being guilty of something!
24:5: "Unless they repent thereafter and mend (their conduct); for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."
Ahhh...so once the fornicators repent in front of you, you've absolutely NO right to give them those lashes!!!!!! And I don't think anyone would NOT repent after knowing they're abt to be punished unless they repent.
By the way, before accusing someone of having fornicated, you need 4 witnesses, ok? It's tooooooooo hard to find 4 people who actually witnessed the fornication, for God's sake!!! I think God is being too Kind when He requires FOUR witnesses rather than no witnesses at all, don't you think?
As for the thief's punishment, think about it. That's the BEST solution to ending all sorts of theft. Sending them to jail DOES NOT work, and that's been proven by the crime (theft) rate in the United States, at least.

5:38 says to cut off their hands;
5:39 says: "But if the thief repents after his crime, and amends his conduct, Allah turneth to him in forgiveness; for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful."

Even if Islam IS NOT Peaceful, which other religion IS peaceful?
Deuteronomy 25:11-12 states that a woman can't even defend her husband or else she should get her hands cut off!!!!!
Geeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!
Thank GOD I'm MUSLIM!!!!! And a WOMAN!!!

Islam is peaceful and human, all people do harmful sins should be punished,specially they affect their society,GW Bush arrested hundreds of people in Guantanamo because he thought that they may something wrong, and he pretend that he do what the bible said, so punishment is something form religions,and Islam like all religions have its punishment for every forbidden act

WOw to Ali. The more you write of the Koran the more thankful I live in a christian nation. Who wouldn't repent after having their hand cut off--our christian God would go a little easier on them. Jesus changed "eye for eye, tooth for tooth". Our legal and religious system seems much more logical and much more humane.

To answer the question: yean, I'm convinced totally lol

Those laws were necessary for that time and place.

Do you have a problem with them?

I'm not a Muslim, but I know that there is nothing wrong with those laws.
