time does heal everything you will never forget them but slowly they will become a small memory in your head that will pop up now and then,
they will change in this time like you and this memory you keep will be of the person when you were with them. THATS who you love and you shouldrespect that and admire it but move on cause that memory gets small. small enough to move on. but yeah if you dont want to distract yourself with other guys (which is perfect and works well) then you need to make time go faster by being busy

Make yourself happy and busy. If going out with another would make u miserable then that's a guaranteed way to get stuck on him. Think very hard what things u enjoy doing the most especially the things you liked doing before you met him. Sometimes it really helps when you're friends tell you that you are insane for even thinking about him and spend some quality time with you, that's what helped for me. And also you should do some soul searching think about what it is you want out of your life in the future.

I know that you know love is something you cant forget just like that. It takes time, alot of time and it will hurt. If you want to know if he still cares then try to get ahold of him, I dont know the whole story here but stay in contact. Overtime it will still be a great freindship and you will still love him but not in the way you do now. I am not going to say date another because you dont want to use another person to block what you feel for the one you love now. So basically try and keep in touch with him and see how he feels. Over time your feelings will sort themselves out!

Since you are good friends maybe you could ask her out for something casual like a movie or a stroll in the park. Perhaps overtime she would start to develop feelings for you. Sometimes it takes time for a girl to accept you. Patience is the key, don't give up my friend. -All the best of luck.

You can't turn love off like a light switch, sorry to tell you. All you can do is give it time. Keep yourself busy with other things like hobbies, or working overtime. Do anything you can to keep busy so you don't spend moments dreaming about "how it used to be."
If you are wondering if he still cares then you are not ready to forget him. Don't ask yourself these questions, they can only cause you more pain. Don't wonder about him, don't talk to him, take all his pictures down, put them away. Pretend like he never existed.

you cant. until you fall in love with someone else. but you can go out with others. cos if you dont, how can you fall in love with someone else?
you can stay stuck on him, but since you dont know where he is or if he still cares, you should make a point to find out. whatever the outcome. if it's good, it's good. otherwise, the hurt might do you some good too.

If you are unwilling to see someone new because even if you do they will not match up to him, then just go on with your life being miserable. It will take you a while and gradually you will be less miserable until eventually you will find someone new. It might take a month or a year, one never knoows.

To forget someone you love is difficult unless you will have amnesia. Since you don't want to do that , best is to talk him and discuss the progress of your affair. Be straight to the point. Ask him if he still wants to continue your affair because his name is still engraved in your heart. If he cares, he will say yes, if doubtful, he'd say many alibis.

from experience...i say only time can heal...i tried gettin together with another guy...but it only caused more pain bcoz u kinda realise that he's not ur ex....u'll only fall in love again when u get over ur ex first and let time heal ur wound
just believe that he doesn't care...because other wise it'd make it harder to get over someone if u still have hope that they might like u...because if they cared..then he wouldn't leave u...

if you dont know that he cares then he probably doesnt show it and so just move on. carry the love in your heart and move forward in life peace
