Block him. Report him for harassment. Ignore him. Disable the calling feature.

Report him then get a new ID, give it only to friends, go on IM as invisible, limit those who can call you via computer.

Change your Yahoo service, so that you use disposible addresses.

if he's in ur friend list first delete him
then goto actions > contact option > ignore user
