There is a product called "fruit fresh" that you can sprinkle on fresh fruit to keep it from turning brown. Lemon or lime juice also works.

citrus juice on the cut side will prevent browning,or anything that will seal the cut from the oxygen surrounding it.

dip the cutet side in ascorbic Acid it stop the oxidation with the air if u make it with an lemon it also work because the ascorbic acid in the fruit makes the same but if u use ascorbic acid (its granulate) u don't have an half lemon.
