i have seen this nice guy and had a crush on him. I thought he liked me as much as i do. He calls me one day and tells me to meet and I am happy because I think ive got him. I am hurt at the end because he had called me so that he could tell me that he has a crush on my best friend. What shuld I do

Look u win some and lose some. I'm really sorry that you got hurt. This things do happen and the best thing u could do for yourself in this sort of situation is to take a back seat. Y? to avoid getting hurt even more. You don't need that! no-one was in the wrong here. Not you, not him or ur friend. If he likes ur friend let him be, don't be angry or bitter at him or ur friend. There'll be someone else who comes along and sweeps u off ur feet.

You can't make him like you. I had a crush on a girl all through highschool (I'm really shy and never had a date til only a couple weeks ago at age 20). She was single until my senior year when she hooked up with a friend of a friend. I forced myself to let the thoughts of her go.
