Hey, Kittens need a little extra attention and different food. Kitten food is higher in calories to meet their hyper nature. Also, I would recommend, for your own benefit, cutting it's nails, bathing and brushing the cat early so it gets used to it. There isn't much difference but there are slight differences. I have a little 4.5 month old kitten, i got him when he was 6 weeks old. Most affectionate little runt I've ever seen. He got that way by lots of care, and love.

4 month old is old enough to take care of itself, don't worry. Teach him where he is supposed to play and where not to, by taking him from the neck, saying NO, when he does something wrong, and giving him an alternative (put him at the place where he is allowed to scratch and play). Give him his shots, de-worming, etc. at the vet if he hasn't had that already. Give him good food and water, and a lot of love, and he'll be fine.

suitable suggestion i visit provide is this: -a large number of love and interest -clean water a minimum of once an afternoon, ideally filtered -healthy cat foodstuff - not something you are able to purchase on the food market. visit a healthy foodstuff puppy keep -by no skill ever swat at your cat. Use spray bottles, loud voice and time outs for practise. -sparkling muddle container each day -replace muddle container each and each year -save your cat interior in effortless words - received't want to be bothered about flea meds or demanding about cat entering into fights, hit by technique of a motor vehicle or getting a ailment -visit vet for initial vaccinations. And visit vet each and each year for examine ups. i don't have my cats vaccinated after first 12 months. -Take to vet immediately if habit variations. My cat began waking up hissing and positioned out that it replaced into because he replaced into in discomfort. -in case your cat pees outdoors of the muddle container, do not even ask each person what to do. call the vet! they are trying to inform you that they are in discomfort. You by no skill get over dropping a puppy, it in simple terms receives truly a lot less painful each 12 months. I lost mine 7 years in the past and that i nonetheless go away out him. Having a clean puppy to love facilitates. good success to you and yours.

The care is no different then an adult cat. Provide the same things for him as you do for your other kitty.

Cats have natural instincts, he will learn all "cat" things even if there were no other cat around.
