It could be anything, if you smoke stop!
you'll need a gastroscopy (Endoscopy) which is a tiny little camera that goes down your throat to have a look in your stomach, they can find out what the problem is from there, it could be numerous things honey, it could be an infection or a blockage of some kind, a growth, something antibiotics can sort or it could be stomach cancer which would need something a bit stronger.
My advice would be to get down to A&E (ER) as soon as possible and get this diagnosed, the quicker the better.

I hope it's something simple, but you really can't take the risk of waiting. good luck

Go to hospital now!!!!

Thanks for giving me an easy 2 pts. Now go to the hospital where you need to be, instead of here. This is what I would call an EMERGENCY!!! How about calling for an ambulance first, so you don't pass out at the wheel of your car and they can get you started with an IV therapy to get back your lost electrolyte panel. Then the hospital can get you a shrink to help you with this problem, after an Internal Medicine doctor fixs up the insides of your gut that are making you bleed to death! By the way, cause is spelled this way -- not course. I hope after 24 minutes the ambulance has arrived and you are on the way to the hospital with the advice of these many people. Good luck!

If you're an alcoholic then that would explain it.
It sounds like an ulcer, or you are a bulimic. GO TO THE HOSPITAL and find out!

You need to go to the hospital, now!

I coughed up blood a while back, rang th NHS helpline to ask what it would be, and they told me to get my butt off to the nearest hospital!

(Turned out in my case it was just as severe attack of tonsilitis!)

Common sense has got to tell you that that is not a normal response to mealtimes. You know exactly what you should do, stop trying to get attention and go to A&E

I hope you're not being serious?

It could be cancer or an ulcer. Either way, get your *** down to the emergency room now!
