What is your primary language? If I get your meaning, what happens is pink. You're simply diluting red blood cells in an isotonic solution. No spectacular actions occur.

Osmosis will happen if you put red blood cells in salt solution. The water will flow in or out of the blood cells until the concentration inside is equalized.

I think it would depend on what the other liquid is in the mixture. More than likely the blood would lyse (break up).
