It is still the MGM Grand Hotel Casino in Vegas. That last post is plans for a hotel, not built yet. Whereas the MGM has expanded and opening more rooms putting it at 6,842

First World Hotel Malaysia is the answer to your question and it has 6,118 rooms.
Check it out on the web...it's a fabulous hotel and well worth visiting!
