That depends on how important sex is to you. For most people, it's a BIG thing. It's not the only thing, but it is big.
Not sure what you mean by compatibility though.

What do you mean by compatable. Like she isn't attractive...or isn't versed in the bedroom manner. Not everyone can be a Paris Hilton I'd give her a chance.
