any suggestions for flavored roast potatoes?

put them in a glass dish add a little oil in the bottom then spread some butter on top sprinkle with garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste!! very easy and the little garlic and butter makes the great my husband wants them all the time :)

Coat them in oil and then try some of these combos - onion salt and garlic. Romano cheese and chives. For a bit of spice you can try some crushed red peppers. Italian dressing. For something a bit different, after you have roasted the potatoes with the meat try mashing them with sour cream and butter. Don't whip them as you would regular mashed potatoes, make them chunkier. Most common is Garlic and Rosemary during cooking. You can get Onion soup mix or similar dry ingrediant. Need to oil it before you roast them.

Or you can add the flavor after roasting like BBQ sauce, any dressing like Ranch, Tobasco ?sp?, Use Kosher Salt, Ketchup, etc...

I also often roast my potatoes with a few cloves of peeled garlic and some fresh rosemary.
