it's certainly not the best time. after high intensity exercise the body has a negative protein balance and is in a catabolic state.

you really want to work out earlier so you can get at least 1 or 2 meals in you after weight training. the first meal that you eat after a strenuous bout of resistance training will go towards the recovery process and not towards building muscle..

there is nothing to stop you, if you are feeling tired very soon, then it means that you have not taken necessary calories to support your workout. try to have some food 2 to 1.5hrs before work out and after work out take 30gms of protein.try this you will feel fresh after work out. also if you can have a good shower soon after workout means it will keep you more fresh. i have passed my commands keeping in mind that you are doing gym for body building purpose, to know more about body building you can also get lots of tips from the following website www.bodybuilding.com

So long as u have the time, u can do it. But be careful when u stop these workouts.

try not to do it in the nite.... morning is the best time to exercise
