Allah is only 1 of 99 other God names. maybe people don't know Allah name, but they at least know 1 from the 99 other Allah names, like: the forgiver, the absolute true, the creator of everything, the keeper, etc. at every human mind there always path to lead them to Allah, like: "there must be a great power who control the nature" or "i need some one who realy know me". Allah always give clue to human about the existance of Allah, and Allah let human to reveal it.

You are asking why some in the west do not know that "ALLAH" is the name{ or word} for GOD ? Or are you asking why others don't believe as you do? Know that the GOD{ALLAH} that created you, created every body else.So when we war on each other, we are waring against GOD{ALLAH}. For HE created us all...a men.

every body knows God and Allah is the name in arabic for God. so u r wrong every body knows God

do u mean don't fear God.
or don't believe in God in the islamic way.
a lot of people just don't want to believe in God, because for them God is someone who don't want them to enjoy life.
they just want to live without Him.
