if you want to study continuously for hours , the best thing you can have is a cup of hot coffee or tea. you can even chew your favourite chewing gum. chewing unknowingly keeps you awake at late night. a better suggestion is to have a little breaks, say after every one hour, and you will see the magic. breaks will refresh your brain and whatever you have studied will circulate in your mind. better to have breaks other than having a long and boring study.

it is not necessary 2 study 4 long hours if u hve given attention 2 study in the whole session. if u only learn 5 ques. in a day tht would require only 15-20 min .& if u do it regularly in 365 days u can think how many ques. u learn .
but if u want 2 study 4 long hours then u should enjoy study as u enjoy the game. n do with concentration. then u will be never bored but u r bored u can take a break.........

An interest in the subject helps. Otherwise break it up into 20 min sessions then take a sort break 5 min or so the do another 20 and so on. When you get far enough along use a 20 min session to review what you've covered so far. By test time your review should just take 20 min before the test.

split the portion first. take break after every 20 minutes. you can go for combined study if possible, but make sure u r studying rather wasting time. dont think about the toughness of subject. be passionate to the studies and enjoy it like u r playing. you can make it interesting according to the subject.
you can make ur history topics as films. you can go deeply to the magic of science. u can play with numbers in maths.
but a passion should be there. it is the key for every success. if u want to study a subject u first fell in love with that subject.

It's important to take regular breaks when you have to study for long periods of time. Schedule your breaks, take them, and don't cheat on them. If you set a 10 - 15 minute break for every 90 minutes of study, then stick to it; it will make your life a lot easier.

Well,1st of all you should be in the mood. You must have told yourself that: You know? It's time to study. 2nd and most important in my opinion, is listening to music. Nothing beats that !!! If you still can't study, find to eat something maybe or use one little elastic ball and squeeze it in your hand though it helps with stress, if that's the cause you can't study.
