Join my religion, Destination: Elysium. Our teachings come from the true One, brother Marshall Applewhite and from secret messages from extraterrestrials that we decoded from clouds (with the help of the "spirit booster " (SS Terra code name: pcp).
When the asteroid spaceship passes near Terra in April 2029, my loyal followers and I plan to alight it through the noble act of self-immolation and be transported to eternal bliss. It has been prophesied that we are to be reunited with the great One (brother Marshall) in an alternate dimension. James Brown will also be there.
PS. Those who do not join our spirit mission will be destroyed from the ensuing storm of debris that falls from our asteroid spaceship.

Trendiest religion, ha, well I notice that you are not really woried about if it's true just the trendiest, well there are many of those, no wonder you have had a lapse in faith, are you one who want's a religion to conform to you? In fact, it should be the other way around The true God wants you to repent and turn around from your bad ways God does not need to conform to you, you need to conform and to submit yourself to God if you wish to receive any blessings at all, you need a religion not that you can be feeling like it;s fashionable but one that will teach you truth about God, then you will really benefit but if you find any other even a religion that may be the in thing, you may not benefit at all! I believe you are searching in the wrong way (Matthew 7:13,14). explains Even though, A lot of people believe thatALL RELIGIONS are good, they say;"These are simply different roads leading to the same place" If this were true, your religion or ways would not matter, for it would mean that all religions are acceptable to God no matter what. But are they?Jesus Christ did not teach that All religions are simply roads that lead to the same place of salvation In his famous sermon on the mount He said,"Go in through the narrow gate; because broad and spacious is the road leading off into destruction, and many are the ones going in through it.whereas narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are the ones finding it."(Matthew7:13,14)
So Jesus did not say that everybody was right or finding salvation but that most people are on the wrong roadwhich is the one leading to destruction and that there are only two roads one leading to destruction wide and spacious meaning virtually anything goes on that road and the other leading to life is narrow and cramped and few people are on that road because it is not an easy ropad but it takes effort to follow itSo because the people traveling on the wide and spacious road choose their own ways and the wide easy road saying and believing that all religion is simply a different way to God they fail to worship God in the right way most people are on the broad and spacious road that really leads away from God and into destruction Yet it is possible to be right, and there are people who are on the right road and are right, but they are a small minority of people, who have found the right road and will receive salvation. So which road are you on? Andwhich road do you want to be on?

Sorry. Maybe you won't like my answer, but I'm being sincere. Please don't think I'm trying to give you any bad feelings. I don't think religion is about being trendy. It's about salvation. I guess you just wanted to ask this for fun. I believe that Christianity is the only true religion because Jesus Christ told us He loved us, died for our sins, and rose from the dead. I was searching through different religions myself, but now my search is over. God provided me with more than I could have ever imagined. I was mentally ill and lost before I found Him. He's done many miracles for me since then. I'm in another country right now telling others about Him.

The answer is all on the individuals perception.
Even though; I believe in the existence of God and believe that people mentioned in the Bible existed my beliefs differ on the concept when it pertains to the "will" of God and Gods so called rules and regulations.
For example; I do not believe in the existence of "sin" because "sin" would mean that one is not perfect and if God is perfect (I feel is true) then why would God create imperfection. (cannot) in addition; why would an all loving God create something (hell) and send people to this place for torment?
Example; God is all powerful, then why would a God be fighting with a so called devil??? No such identity.
With regards to religions- there are many religions and just about all of them declare that you must be their religion or to hell you go.
I cannot see God creating a game of Russian Roulette with humanity!
Even with all this, I respect all beliefs however; I consider myself to be "Spiritual" by choice- meaning that God is within (all) to include life and that we are a part of God and are souls choosing to be here and now in order to remember who we are.,

If you were a scientologist, they probably took all your money so you must find a religion that's not after your pocketbook.
I suggest you try the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

When your mind is trying to choose, segregate, what is the greatest, ... you're implying the rest as "not great".
A true religion reveals the TRUTH , which finds "oneness" in universal existence.
Where there is only one, there's not any "other".
Your question is a mistake in the first place.

Sir,
I think you may know what a Christian man is going to say but I can recommend to you the Lord Jesus Christ. He is God, became man and died in your place. He rose again to life and ascended into Heaven, to be seated by the Father.
He in my recommendation to you, for if He never rose again then ALL faith is dead. Religion is to help us have a relationship with our Creator. If Jesus never rose again then we all are to be pitied most of all amongst men. I attend a Christian Outreach centre, but i can recommend most Protestant religions.

The original, unchanged revelations given to Abraham and other prophets(like Moses and Jesus ) reaching back to Adam all came from the One True God(The Creator). This common origin explains their similarities in many beliefs and values
However, over time the teachings of the various religions, due to a variety of reasons, have become distorted and mixed with made-man ideas.
The last Prophet and Messenger of God, Muhammad , who is a direct descendant of Abraham through his first born son, Ishmael, was sent with the Last Guidance, Revelation and Testament, the Holy Qur'an(koran) to amend and correct the changes and corruption made to the the "Torah" which was sent to Moses and theTrue Gospel of Jesus. To say the truth ,God preserved all the other Holy Books plainly by preserving His Last Book the Holy Qur'an(koran)which contains the right and the truth of all that was changed in those other Books.
This is why this last Revelation which was sent 1423 years ago has remained unchanged, not even a word or a letter has been altered.
There is not even one word of difference between two Arabic Qur'ans, anywhere in the world. There has been no disagreements in history among Muslims as to what should and should not be in the Qur'an. However, in the case of the Bible, even the most ancient manuscripts conflict with one another so that no two are identical. Footnotes in all modern versions of the Bible prove this fact.
These revisions serve as concrete proofs that all the Biblical books are not at all divinely inspired. This is because it is beyond man's ability to correct the work of his Creator, who alone is Almighty and perfect
It was only natural for Almighty God to preserve the scripture revealed to Prophet Muhammad, because he was the last Prophet and Final Messenger of God.
Islam teaches us that we must pray directly to God without an intermediary and no soul can bear the burden of another and that the nature of humanity is good, and we did not inherit sin from Adam. Each soul comes into being free of sin.in Islam there are no priests or clergy -- each worshipper, man or woman, has a direct relationship with their Merciful Creator -- Almighty God. Since God is the Owner and Sustainer of everything, as well as the only one who can provide true and complete forgiveness, it is completely futile to try to approach Him through anyone else.
The oneness and universality of God's message requires that people accept all the messengers of God. Rejecting one of them amounts to rejecting them all. The Jews reject Jesus's mission and Muhammad's mission; the Christians reject Muhammad's mission; whereas the Muslims accept them all, but reject incorrect historical interpretations and human elements in these missions.
As the Qur'an is the final revelation and Muhammad is the final prophet, humanity is obligated to accept it: "If anyone desires a religion other than Islam, never will it be accepted of him; and in the Hereafter he will be in the ranks of those who have lost all spiritual good" (3:86).
The Final Prophet Muhammad said: "Whoever believes there is no god but God, alone without partner, that Muhammad is His messenger, that Jesus is messenger of God, and that Paradise and Hell are true, shall be received by God into Heaven."
you can do that now as you are reading these lines is to pronounce the two confirmations and attestations of faith, here it is
I BEAR WITNESS THAT THERE IS NO GOD WORTHY OF WORSHIP EXCEPT ALLAH ( ARABIC WORD MEANS ONE GOD-THE CREATOR). AND I BEAR WITNESS THAT MUHAMMAD IS HIS SERVANT AND MESSENGER. I BEAR WITNESS THAT JESUS IS HIS SERVANT AND MESSENGER.
The right picture of lslam is conveyed in the Qur'an, which is exemplified by Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him. The reality is that it is not fair to judge a religion by the actions of its followers alone because there are good and bad followers in every religion. The correct thing to do is to judge a religion by its documented revelation from God and the prophet who brought that revelation.
I encourage Christians and other religions to learn about Islam from Muslim sources and The Basis Of The Muslim Belief and not rely on second hand information which in many cases is distorted or contains a deep seated anti Muslim agenda. This is indeed a more scholarly approach

Religions are man-made and can never provide the connection you're seeking with God. The Bible is all you need. Avoid focus on religious tradition and human doctrine.
