I heard there is some kind of mouth freshner kind of thing, which if taken before 15 mins, helps ease the bowels, i want to know what it is or if there is another soln, becoz prolonged problems like this become serious, u can't wait to get treatment

There is some stuff called Beano. Comes in a liquid form you take while you are eating. You could also try GasX. This comes in a chewable tablet.

there is an ayruvedic medicine called sat(means bark of that palnt) isabgol u can take 10 to 20 mg with milk it will help you to clear the bowels
