If you have to ask this question, then you must be some spoiled, sheltered, selfish brat that doesn't deserve what s/he has. It is real, you ninny. There is a known virus, symptomology, and millions of deaths from this horrible disease. Get out from underneath your rock, and go live on the street for one day. Maybe then you'll understand what the real world is like.

I think the best way to understand it is for you to do some volunteer work at an AIDS hospice of clinic. It's very real.

Go to webmd and look it up for yourself. And don't have sex cause you are considered high risk based on your lack of education on std's.
