maybe not "some" maybe a lot of people can eat the greesiest food, can drink the sweetest drinks, and everytyn bad in amaounts exagereted big, everyday, all the time and they never get fat why ??

Metabolism is...The rate your body brakes down your food (calories your body burns). Therefore the faster your metabolism is the faster your body burns calories and vis versa. In order to raise your metabolism do some cardio and strenght training excerises 3-5 times a week. The more muscel you have the faster your metabolism is, and also eating the right and healthiest foods that you can.

Metabolism and the breakdown of simple and complex sugars are different. Sometimes depending on the thyroid gland or the genetics of a person. Sometimes muscle fibers come into play. Some fibers absorb the nutrients faster. So try to keep strong muscles and you will most likely have a better chance of naturally burning calories and it will boost your metabolism

These people just have high metabolism's. The thing is they won't be able to continue like this forever as it will catch up with them. Its better to follow a healthy diet and eat things in moderation

it's called genetics and youth. trust me those same people won't be lean in their 40's & 50's if those bad eating habits continue..
