Depends on where you live, some cities, towns and countries may have regulations on passing out food and supplies to the homeless.

A good place to start may be your area's already established homeless shelters. If your efforts are the first to help the homeless in your area, you may want to contact possibly a Red Cross or Habitat for Humanity group in your region.

Kudos on your thoughtfulness & efforts!

This site may have some resources as well, look under "global poverty" or human services:

30 boys or men sound like a lot. Ware not talking about one or two men, here. It sounds like you either need to find a shelter or should start one. If you live in a rural area, you might have to look outside your county for shelters. Are any of them vetrans? There are services for vets sometimes. when there is not a shelter in your area, Human SErvice Inc might be able to help with a hotel for a week or two. Try and find them steady work, but I know that this is hard considering that they do not have a steady address to put on the application. Do they have family in other parts of the state that might have a shelter or might be able to help? Don't rule out churches as a resource, especially if spirituality is important to some of the guys. e
